卫生级单座气动换向截止阀应用:该换向座阀是一种卫生级单座气动操作阀门，在食品加工工业，饮料生产制药和精细化工工业中有着广泛的应用。操作原理该座阀由单作用或双作用的气动执行器自动操作。压缩空气推动轴来定位阀门开或关的位置。换向阀是具有两种以上流动形式和两个以上油口的方向控制阀。是实现液压油流的沟通、切断和换向，以及压力卸载和顺序动作控制的阀门。可分为手动换向阀、电磁换向阀、电液换向阀等。 又称克里斯阀，阀门的一种，具有多向可调的通道，可适时改变流体流向。工作时借着阀外的驱动传动机构转动驱动轴，带动摇拐臂，启动阀板，使工作流体时而从左入口通向阀的下部出口，时而从右入口变换通向下部出口，实现了周期变换流向的目的。这种变换阀在石油、化工生产中有着广泛的应用，在合成氨造气系统中为常用。此外，换向阀还可作成阀瓣式的结构，多用于较小流量的场合。工作时只需转动手轮通过阀瓣来变换工作流体的流向。

 
卫生级单座气动换向截止阀阀板式的优点
动作准确、自动化程度高、工作稳定可靠，但需附设驱动和冷却系统，结构较为复杂；阀瓣式结构则较简单，多用于流量较小的生产工艺上。在石油、化工、矿山和冶金等行业中,六通换向阀是一种重要的流体换向设备。该阀安装在稀油润滑系统输送润滑油的管道中。通过变换密封组件在阀体中的相对位置,使阀体各通道连通或断开,从而控制流体的换向和启停。
单作用执行器的气缸180度的旋转，实现了阀门的常开和常闭型。

Operating principle Seatvalves are operated automatically by a single-acting or a
